KliKKi 2014
Moving to the digital age
Klikki is a digital marketing agency that is rethinking and reforming the marketing of its customers. Our goal is to change how our customers see marketing and help them to adapt to the digital age by moving from traditional campaign-driven marketing to always-on, data-based digital marketing. We do this by providing services within the areas of data and insights, media optimization, marketing technology and change management.
Our market is continuously growing, and nowadays almost all marketing is transforming into digital. This also means a significant increase in competition. There is a trend of information technology consultancies acquiring advertising agencies and vice versa, and a lot of companies are entering the market to get a piece of the pie.
Klikki’s customers are the largest brand advertisers and e-commerce companies in the Nordic region. We help our customers to analyze their customer journey and adapt their current content and media mix to that journey. The ultimate goal is to increase the customers’ visibility, brand engagement and sales.
Klikki operates in Nordic countries and employs 65 people. The talent, competence and knowledge of the employees are our most important competitive advantage, and we are committed to the constant development of our staff members and their strategic and consulting capabilities. Klikki is a company of digital natives. Our long experience, knowledge of digital marketing and data- and numbers-driven staff are our greatest assets.
The challenges in this marketing area are how to remain agile and innovative in the fast-moving environment. It is critically important to have an organizational structure that is able to process enormous amounts of information and make it actionable.
2014
Our focus in 2014 was in developing our core customer assignments and improving the profitability of the business, which we have succeeded in doing. The pace of change continues to challenge us but Klikki has been able to keep up.
Klikki’s services that grew the most in 2014 were data and insights and broader paid media optimization. Our greatest achievements were our significantly improved profitability and the increased strategic level of our assignments. We also managed to sell a non-core part of our business: the Klikki Display Network in Finland.
2015
In 2015, we are returning the company to growth by continuing our business strategy in being the preferred partner within marketing transformation. One important focus area for 2015 is to increase the cooperation between our sister companies within Nordic Morning. We have had great success on a number of joint cases together with JG Communication, Prima, Seed and Citat, and we plan to accelerate this development over the next year. Combining our competencies really strengthens our deliveries and the value we add to our customers.
